For years salty yeast extract based spread Marmite has been marketed on the back of its supposedly polarizing nature – but this claim may not turn out to be all its cracked up to be.
According to shock new figures obtained by the polling organisation YouGov almost a third of British adults feel neither adoration nor antipathy towards the dark coloured food product.
Marmite was the subject of controversy recently after it was allegedly banned by Danish authorities. The story turned out not to be accurate, but like the product itself, the little their was to the story spread a long way.
