The person that tastes the wine, the consumer is in fact the final judge of what is a good wine.
Every individual is completely different to another – they have a nose, a mouth a tongue and we’re all different – its part of your personality your individuallity.
One thing you do when you make wine – never make the wine for the experts, make wine for ordinary people.
