It is cold (snowing in some places), and it is time to get something really nice and warm after a day at work.

And here is is a Duo Mini Raclette Grill.

How does it work and what can you cook with it?

There are 2 levels. You can prepare tasty cheeses in the little raclette pans according to your fancy, whilst delicious vegetables or meat and fish are grilled on the top.

The grill plate measures 10 x 20 cm and has a non-stick coating. With on/off switch and protection against overheating. Easy to clean.

But why is it called a Raclette, you might ask?!

Raclette is a cheese. And you mustn’t mix up a raclette with a fondue…these are 2 different dishes.

The term raclette derives from the French word racler, meaning “to scrape“.

Also, if you wish to invite some friends for a Raclette Party, there are bigger Raclette ovens with up to 6 or 8 little trays.

Finally, put the lager on the side. To taste the full flavour of the cheese we advise to drink white or rosé wine.
